Residential Student Payment Options for 2011/2012.

Admissions on September 6th, 2011.

Rolling admissions accepted throughout the year, thereafter. Registration Deposit of $8,000 due upon Acceptance. Thereafter -

Plan A – By Month

10 equal payments due on the 1st of each month from September 6th to June 1st, of $2,700.00 each.

Plan B – By Semester

2 equal payments, due on September 6th and on February 1st, of $12,825.00 each, … a 5% pre-payment discount.

Plan C – By Year

1 payment, due on September 6th, of $24,300.00, … a 10% pre-payment discount.
A tuck account deposit of $750 is due by September 4th, on account of tuck disbursements.
All amounts are in Canadian Dollars. All cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to: PINEHURST SCHOOL.

Fees Include:

Tuition, Room and Board during academic terms, tutoring program, school uniform (first issue), athletic uniform (first issue), text books and course materials, academic supplies (first issue), curriculum related trips, expenses as part of a school athletic team, school photographs, and outdoor educational programming.

Extra Charges- Fees Do Not Include:

Transport to and from the school for holidays, end of and start of semester, second and subsequent issues of a school uniform, athletic uniform or academic supplies, optional Pinehurst excursions, all personal discretionary charges (long distance calls, etc.), sheet and bedding, laundry, haircuts.
