STUDENT PROFILE

Pinehurst School offers highly structured programming, in small classroom settings of 10 or fewer students, specifically and individually designed for adolescents who may be exhibiting the signs and symptoms of low personal motivation, attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder, passive- aggressiveness, oppositional defiance disorder or other mild to moderate behavioural learning difficulties. This programming is also designed for those students who are typically not yet internally motivated to achieve their full academic potential in traditional public school environments.

FACILITIES

School facilities include science and computer laboratories, an indoor gymnasium, an auditorium, a cafeteria and several sports fields, including lawn bowling turf. The school neighbours an ice arena, a swimming pool, a professional baseball diamond, tennis courts and a community centre, with bowling alley.
